Please join us for a nice 20 to 22 mile bike ride Sunday morning August 16th
at 8:00 AM. We will be meeting at Lifetime Fitness 900 E. Higgins Road
Schaumburg, Illinois Be ready to ride at 8:00 am .Be sure to
bring your helmet and a water bottle. Average
pace of around 13 mph. Hope to see you Sunday morning.
