I hope some of you can join me to ride from the Dundee Township Tourist Center (aka the Depot at 319 N. River Street, East Dundee) to the Nature Center at Pate Philip State Park tomorrow, August 17th at 8:00 am.
We'll go south/southeast to Pate Philip State Park for a brief stop, then return via the Stearns Road bridge over the Fox River. Expect a few "ups and downs" on the return.
Round trip distance approximately 24 miles. Average speed 10-12 mph; no one will be left behind. Mostly paved with small stretch of crushed limestone.
Restrooms will be available at the Pate Phillips and then at Gail Borden Library, on our return.
