start from the junction of the Illinois Prairie Path and the Fox River Trail on the south side of Elgin. We will start pedaling at 7:30 AM sharp. It will be 12 or 15 miles one way depending on how fast we go.
Starting Location:
In Elgin, from the intersection of Route 31 and National (called Walnut west of 31) go east on National and cross the Fox River. Continue 4 or 5 blocks and turn south (right) on Raymond. Continue on Raymond for about 8 blocks and go under Lake Street (route 20.) Continue a few more blocks and cross railroad tracks. Now start looking to your right for a gravel parking lot immediately next to Raymond and just before you cross the Prairie Trail. Look for my blue van
