The weather forecast for tomorrow is a little iffy but it looks like we may be able to get in a ride if we have an earlier start time. Join me for a ride to the Botanic Gardens. Meet at the parking lot for Harms Woods (Groves 5 & 6) at 9:00 a.m. to get your bike ready to ride. The lot entrance is located on Harms Rd. just north of Golf Rd. Take Golf Rd. east to Harms Rd., turn north (left) onto Harms Rd.and at the first light (Old Orchard Rd.) turn left into the parking lot where we will meet. Total ride distance will be around 18 miles. There is no charge to enter the Botanic Gardens by bicycle. Once we get to the Gardens, there will be time for lunch and a walk around the grounds. Bring a bike lock and if you wish to purchase lunch or a snack, be sure to bring some cash. Plan on spending an hour and a half or so at the Gardens. You may want to bring your camera. Casual pace on a paved trail. Hope to see you there. I will cancel by 7:00 a.m. if the weather report changes drastically.
