Meet at "The Grove" parking lot in Rolling Meadows. I am giving you the address of Plum Grove Junior High School because this parking lot is directly across the street from the front doors of the school.

Start at 7:30 AM. Please be ready to ride at 7:30 AM
Distance around 20 miles
Average speed between 11 to 12 mph. (Very few hills) You might call it a couple of hills on the Deer Grove Trail.
A no drop ride---regroup at every turn and do a head count.
We will be riding the Deer Grove Trail and city streets
Please bring your helmet, water and a spare tube.
