Sunday, September 25th Bike Ride

21 mile ride
Average speed 12 to 15 mph
This is a no drop ride. We regroup at all the turns.
Please bring your helmet, water bottle and a spare tube. Please air up your bike tires the night before. We want to start the ride at 7:30 AM. Other people arrived early and have plans after the ride.. Thank you for understanding.
PS-----Cider and donuts provided after the ride. I may have to go ride that loop again after eating donuts. lol
PSS---If you have a Lifetime Fitness Jersey and wear it this Sunday you will be eligible for a Post Ride Raffle of a $50.00 Spa Gift Certificate. If you don't have a jersey borrow one until you can get one ordered. (You never know what other surprises we might have in the future).



A little more information about the Sunday, September 25th bike ride. Bring your own coffee and a chair. This is very important. Please make sure you have the name and phone number of an emergency contact either in your bike bag or on your body somewhere. Also please let that emergency contact person know how long you will be biking and ask them to answer there phone during that time in case someone calls with an emergency
