Saturday bike ride, 10/14, 1 PM Fabyan Preserve
October 14, 2017
1pm

The weather doesn't look promising for a ride this Saturday. But better to
have a ride planned and cancel, then to miss out if the weather should
change for the better. I'm busy Satuday morning volunteering at the Food
Bank in Geneva. So meet me at Fabyan Forest Preserve in Geneva for a ride
starting at 1 PM. Route to be determined by whether limestone trails have
dried out or not.

Where: Fabyan Forest Preserve, Route 25 north of Fabyan Parkway (parking lot
near the windmill)
When: Satuday, 10/14, 1 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare and
sign in)
What: 25-30 mile ride
How: Casual speed, no one left behind

Directions: Take Route 59 south to Washington/Co 21 in West Chicago.
Right/west on Washington/Co 21. Washington/Co 21 becomes Fabyan Parkway
when it crosses Route 38. Right/north on Route 25, then about 1,000 feet to
the Fabyan Forest Preserve on the left. Should be about 45 minutes from the
Clock Tower in Schaumburg.

I'll send out a weather up date by 10 AM on Saturday morning.

Let me know you are coming so I don't leave without you.
