Join us in an early morning Palatine ride at 8 am on Saturday starting at Deer Grove East. The ride is about 25ish miles, all paved and flat (includes Palatine Trail, loop around Twin Lakes, side streets, loop around Harper, etc. ). We will ride at a pace of 12-13 mph. No scheduled food stops, except a bathroom stop at Twin Lakes.
Casual ride. No one left behind.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.
Reminders: Helmets are expected safety gear. Bike must be in reasonable condition. Guests are welcome to join us for one ride but are expected to join the club for additional rides (insurance requirements). Fountains may be disabled so bring enough water. Please carry emergency contact info.
Starting Location:
Deer Grove East - Dundee Rd (east of Smith and Quentin)(west of Hicks Road). Across from Peppertree Subdivision in Palatine. Go into the parking lot and keep driving past the trail, and curve to the left Parking will be by the bathroom on the left.
