We'll do a Saturday ride again on the Fox River Trail. This time we'll plan to ride south from the Depot in East Dundee. We'll head to the Duerr Preserve south of South Elgin. All paved, mostly flat, except for a few "rollers" south of Elgin. Easy to turn around sooner if time or energy are a concern. (At Duerr Preserve we'll decide whether we want to ride the limestone spur trail past Vasa Park to Rt 31.)
Casual ride, no one left behind.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.
Reminders: Helmets are expected safety gear. Bike must be in reasonable condition. Guests are welcome to join us for one ride but are expected to join the club for additional rides (insurance requirements). Fountains may be disabled so bring enough water. Please carry emergency contact info.
Starting Location:
Dundee Depot (319 N River St, East Dundee) Park on the south end of Meier St
past Duke's BBQ (caboose).
